Rick holds a securities license, is an Investment Advisor Representative and Enrolled Agent (EA). He started Gwizdala & Associates in 1984 with a simple premise: to help his clients make their money work as hard as they do to build their wealth and businesses for easy retirement.

In his time off, Rick has been active in schools, church and a non-profit dedicated to affordable housing. Married since 1973, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Joyce, four children and grandchildren, as well as playing golf, woodworking and tackling home projects. Michael L. Kennedy, CPA

Mike has served individuals and businesses as a CPA for over 20 years. An expert tax manager and planner, he excels in maximizing clients’ deductions while minimizing liabilities. He serves many industries, but has worked extensively with contractors and other construction trades as controller and general manager.

Mike has held several leadership positions in the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce, and has served 22 years as treasurer of the South Saint Paul Rod & Gun Club.
